To cancel or reschedule you will need to call or message as soon as possible to avoid any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged the full price of the appointment, and within 48 hours will lose the deposit paid at time of booking. You can cancel or reschedule before this time with no additional fees.

Yes! We have physical gift voucher cards so you can treat your friends and family to any of the services we provide. This will need to be collected from the clinic or a digital copy can be sent via email.
